Vapor Deposition) equipment using Ion plasma technology.
ISYS developed the In Line Coating mass produce equipment for medium and large area, and
the Hybrid Arc Ion plating and the New HCD mass production equipment. ISYS exported the
products to prominent companies in China and Japan and the technology and product quality
were approved.
Recently, ISYS is developing and supplying the mass production equipment that requires the

Also, ISYS received the patent technology, the industrial ion beam implanter
technology using Ion Beam as the next generation item, from Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute. ISYS now has the production ability of the automatic mass production equipment for the large area polymer industrial and for the various application fields.
